Tofino is a small town on the west side of Vancouver Island,
right on the Pacific Ocean . It is known as Canada ’s
surfing mecca. As this book says, there are lots of things to do in Tofino that
do not involve surfing. A person can hike through the nearby rain forest, go
whale watching, sample local First Peoples culture, or just hang out and enjoy
the vibe.
Tofino sounds like a great place to visit to get away from
