Welcome!

Welcome!! My name is Paul Lappen. I am in my early 60s, single, and live in Connecticut USA. This blog will consist of book reviews, written by me, on a wide variety of subjects. I specialize, as much as possible, in small press and self-published books, to give them whatever tiny bit of publicity help that I can. Other than that, I am willing to review nearly any genre, except poetry, romance, elementary-school children's books and (really bloody) horror.

I have another 800 reviews at my archive blog: http://www.deadtreesreviewarchive.blogspot.com (please visit).

I post my reviews to:

booklore.co.uk
midwestbookreview.com
Amazon and B&N (of course)
Librarything.com
Goodreads.com
Books-a-million.com
Reviewcentre.com
Pinterest.com
and on Twitter

I am always looking for more places to post my reviews.

Dr. Sebi Bible: 30 Books in 1

Dr. Sebi Bible: 30 Books in 1, Katie Marie Campbell, 2024, ISBN 979-8-33918-3525

Are you looking for a health book that deals with the root causes of disease, instead of just the symptoms? That's what this book is all about.

It's very important that the body have a slightly alkaline pH level. Why? It will help muscle mass and bone density, it promotes mental clarity and improves kidney health, and it detoxifies the body. An acidic pH level can lead to chronic inflammation, which can lead to major problems like cancer or heart disease.

The separate books inside this omnibus book explore topics like treating diabetes, lupus, herpes, hair loss, skin health, anxiety management and cancer. There are also lots of very healthy recipes.

Regardless of your physical ailment, this book probably has a treatment for it. Don't try to read this book in one sitting. It is an excellent book to keep in your kindle or on your bookshelf and read it when needed.
